Logical Computers Ltd provides various support options to try and help all our customers with problems you have. We offer the option where you can drop your computer into our shop or if the issue is at your home or office, then we can arrange to come out to you.

Virus / Trojan / Malware / Spyware Removal

Logical Computers can help take away the stress of your infected machine and will clean up the virus using specialist tools, knowledge and experience. Logical Computers will then check that you have a proper Internet Security Package installed. If you dont, you are leaving your computer at a great risk of being infected again. We will help recommend a better security program and install it for you.

Computer Repairs and Upgrades

Do you have a PC or Laptop that is not working? or would you like your existing PC or Laptop upgraded?
If so, then we can troubleshoot your issues or provide the relevant upgrades you require, then call you with a quotation to see if you are happy with the price and for us to proceed with the Repair / Upgrade for you.

System Tune-ups and MOT

Have you noticed your PC or Laptop going slow or doing odd things?
If so, Logical Computers can help. Logical Computers will optimise your computer system and perform a MOT to make sure your system is performing the best it can.

We will also make sure Windows and Antivirus updates are successfully installed for you.

Data Recovery Solutions

If your computer has failed or whether you need Data Recovery from any other type of storage device (memory card, usb drive etc) then please contact us as we can probably retrieve your Data for you.

Sometimes, if your hard drive data is not retreivable using our methods, you will then have the option on wether you would like us to send it away to a specialist company for you.

Broadband and Email Issues

Broadband problems can be caused by various factors and this more often than not, gives most of our customers headaches.

Email problems can be so frustrating. If you are looking for your first email address or you have problems with your existing email, please let us know and we can help resolve these problems for you.

Printer Maintenance and Repairs

Do you have a printer that is not working properly anymore? If so, speak to Logical Computers so we can see if the a repair is cost effective or whether to recommend a new printer.
